[GELÖST] php code inside the tp_medical template

Template: tp_medical Joomla 4x php8
Browsing through astroid there are only options for JS and CSS.
I need to add php code (inline php possible).

How can I include (and run) php inside this Template?
Astroid configuration is comfortable, but maybe, php needs
a special syntax or one of the external plugins to work.
Idea is to display static data (content dependent of server time and date)
to browers with Java Script prohibited.

php code can be add only in org template folder index.php file:
Body or Head area

With the directphp plugin I can add php to pages directly and it works, so your answer is not completely correct.

What I wanted to know is how to add php in the comfortable andro configuration assistant where adding of java script and css are possible per default...
Of course, js is a great option to create dynamic content but since many browsers have js shutoff, a switch to serverside code -php- can be straightforward. I need to show dynamic content (an address changing dependent of time and date).
Maybe, the jp creators wish to add php functionality to the framework in future.
