Dear Support Team,

All your templates qickstart files are supposed to be installed as an akeeba backup.
Simple for You, but not usable on all servers.

I'm managing 7 accounts with 2 Webspace Providers Umedia and Ionos in Germany.
They're asking for dedicated SFTP + SSH settings which aren't provided in the settings of the Akeeba kickstart.php

Would it be able to provide the quickstart files with a "simple" Joomla installation base via MySQL?

This way you wouldn't delay on a third party product within your sold products.

I dont understand the problem.
Just upload the quickstart.zip file and the kickstart.php and install it.

What kind of FTP connection did you use?

SFTP + SSL
or
SFTP + SSH


I tried al kind of settings with ignore most error....

No chance

For what you need a SFT or FTP?
You upload the quickstart.zip with FTP. After that follow the instructions without insert the FTP settings during Akeeba restore.
If needed, you can setup the FTP in Joomla Admin after first Login.
PS: I did more than 100 installations on different providers ( strato, ionos and many more) without any problems

Kickstart is one of the most used and established plugins for Joomla worldwide. Maybe you should look into the plugin first and learn more about it. www.akeeba.com/products/akeeba-kickstart.html
