Where do I change the the text Dentist, Doktor, Zahnartzt Joomla Templates that is viewed in the web tab to something else?

The screenshot shows a Wordpress site and not Joomla.
Please take a screenshot so we can see which text you're referring to.

Browser tabs are configured in Joomla. To do this, go to the menu of the relevant page and specify your text under Page Display. However, these are Joomla basics that we're assuming here.
